I saw this icon on a court website today when I was doing stuff for work. How can I not click on this link? It's like putting a cupcake in front of someone and telling them they can't eat it.

okay, so i clicked on it - and i was totally disappointed that it took me nowhere! what gives!?!? ;-) haha
