Halloweenie
Martha still doesn't quite get what Halloween is, but she started to catch on when we were walking around and people kept putting candy in her bag. She also got super excited to see the HUGE stuffed Mickey and Minnie Mouse at one of the stations at the Trunk or Treat thing we went to at Brookwood Baptist. That kid loves Mickey and Minnie Mouse.
Of course, we won't be giving her much candy...if any at all. I imagine she'll get some at Nana's house because that's what Nana's do, so I think Chris and I will eat most of hers. It's a parental right!
Here's the most adorable Indian you'll ever see in your whole life.
Please note and give me mad props on the awesome costume that I made. Literally sewed it, did a fitting on a squirmy 18 month old, altered, sewed on the ribbon, hand sewed the beads on, and completely made the headband from scratch. And you can't see it too well in the pictures, but there are feathers on the headband too. Lets just say...for the casual sewer...I'm pretty proud of myself.
